2008 Build a Bear Make n Play Bear House is new (old stock), never removed from its packaging. Shrink wrapped cellophane wrapping still intact except for separation along the bottom seam of the cellophane and a small area on the top edge where there is a ding in the cardboard (see photos). There is a small “H” written in sharpie on the bottom of the play set.
This is an incredibly rare play set. It is so rare I can’t find another one online on any platform, and I’ve been looking for months to get more information. I reached out to the BaB collector community and many have remembered having similar play sets.
