This iPad has a brand new screen and battery but has never been turned on, It is iCloud locked. The screen is so new that I have not removed the screen protection paper. It also comes with a screen protector. It may need a new LCD screen. But the LCD DOES NOT TURN ON. SO NO IT DOES NOT WORK AT THR MOMENT!!! THE IPAD IS FOR PARTS!!!
