14K yellow gold teardrop-shaped pendant with a delicate leaf, flower, and tendril design, a bezel-set round pearl in the center. Difficult to peg the exact time this was made, as it has design elements from the Victorian, Art Nouveau and Edwardian eras, but I believe it dates to the very early 1900s. The pearl is a fantastic color -- mauvy silver, with a fine luster. In excellent condition for its age with the exception of the bail (see the last photo). The thin sheet of gold appears to have been worn down by a fine chain, perhaps a long one, so the pendant swung, creating a sawing motion. !
14K gold Italian box chain with lobster claw clasp is in excellent condition.
